Training is the number one way to dramatically increase your return on investment (ROI) for your CRM tool. Why? Because of the number one reason most CRM implementations fail – lack of user adoption. Training radically improves user adoption.

We aren’t talking about some boring classroom training here, our specialty is customized training, on your own database, with real world data. And, if we say so ourselves, we are pretty entertaining. Which is important if you want to keep user’s attention and focus. If they check out during the training, you may as well just throw those training dollars out the window – really.

  • Management – we focus on the most effective ways for management to review data and reports and    reinforce usage with end users.
  • Administrators – both your IT Administrators as well as someone we call a Data Administrator – someone that really understands the data and the users and can help manage the data as well as the software itself.

Training Options

  • On-site – We come to your location and deliver the training. This is an effective way to get everyone    physically in the same room, at the same time, and make sure there is agreement on usage. We can even    bring our mobile training lab with laptops already loaded with the software. Sure, we can do “presentation    style” training, where the users are just watching, but we find that folks tend to retain skills better when    they can be hands-on.
  • On-line – We can train users located anywhere in the world by using the GoToMeeting remote meeting tool    and a conference dial-in number. This is not canned training, but live, instructor-led and interactive. This is    great for organizations with national or international locations as well as virtual companies. We often use    on-line training in follow up “Lunch ‘N Learn” sessions to reinforce usage and answer end user questions    that crop up once people start actually using the system.
